The Lone Quiet Mind

Energetics · Performance · Writing · Systems for Human Experience

"I should be further along by now."

"Nothing I do is ever enough."

"Something feels off but nobody can find anything wrong."

"I'm exhausted and I can't explain why."

If any of that sounds familiar — it's not a mindset problem. It's programming. And it can be changed.

I help people debug the patterns running their lives.

Most of what drives your behavior — in relationships, career, money, health — was installed before you were old enough to choose it. These aren't character flaws. They're programs. And programs can be rewritten.

I do energetics and consciousness work using the Rob Brinded Method — a system for identifying and switching off the loops that keep you stuck, combined with deeper work on the childhood programming underneath. Think of it as pattern debugging for humans.

I came to this through years of performance and strength coaching — working with people's bodies first, then realizing the real blocks were never physical. Now I work at the intersection of both: the body, the energy, and the patterns underneath.

Whether it's a loop you keep repeating or something your body is holding that your mind can't name — the entry point is different but the root is the same.

I work with individuals navigating transitions — professionals, athletes, and anyone who's done with surface-level fixes and wants to understand what's actually driving their decisions, health, and direction. If you're curious, the writing is a good place to start. If you're ready to work, book a discovery session.

I write about what I'm finding — publicly, in real time.

Pattern work documented as it happens. Essays on consciousness, energy, and why most personal development gets it backwards. Two platforms, different flavors.

The tools I work with and build on.

Mind-Body-Spirit (Energetics) Your body keeps score. When you're drained for no reason, locked up, or holding something you can't name — this is where we start.
Hamster Wheels Five binary programs installed in childhood that run your behavior on repeat. Identifying them is the first step to switching them off.
The Four Elements A constitutional framework for understanding your temperament, health patterns, and how to restore balance.
